Since the beginning, our dream was to create a small farm, where our guests could experience our daily life routine and the way we choose to live.
That means our love for the island and the products cultivated here, the unique soil and mostly the importance of seasonality and the satisfaction of producing the food you consume.
Your visit starts with a small tour of our house, where guests could see the room where we grow the microgreens, our edible flowers and seasonal grocery garden, as well as the chicken- quail coop which gives us daily the eggs.
Next follows the tasting of the goods that we produce collaboratively with local producers of Santorini and Cycladic islands
